The 360° Manager's

View

"The 360° Manager's View workshop is 2-3 hour workshop experience for leadership development and teaching manager's how to "Think Like A Boss".  The topics include a discussion regarding the 7 Ps to "Thinking Like A Boss" and the completion of "The 360° Manager's View" self-assessment tool kit.  Managers will identify areas where gaps in leadership skills may exist, discuss the psychology of people analytics, and create a custom action plan for growth, development and improvement.  To learn more about this workshop experience, please request the media kit below.
