Being a values led organization to us means being socially responsible and nurturing a culture to do good and give back.

At The Osborn Group, LLC we purposefully look for ways to demonstrate and strengthen our social responsibility through cultivating stronger communities, increasing efforts toward sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint by adopting behaviors that promote the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and our carbon footprint.  We back our statements with action and our actions demonstrate our commitment to these core values.

A networking group for LGBTQ+ Founders & Startups to nurture, develop, and empower greater opportunities for  LGBTQ+ businesses within the Cincinnati, OH MSA region. 




  • To Provide monthly networking meetings where LGBTQ Founders & Startups can connect

  • To Provide programming opportunities to help LGBTQ+ businesses develop and grow

  • To Reduce barriers to success by cultivating pathways for equity and opportunity

  • To engage and foster relationships or partnerships with allies across the business enterprise community in Greater Cincinnati, OH

  • To do good by being socially responsible and supportive of LGBTQ+ causes & activities

  • To create conference, workshop, webinar, and training opportunities for LGBTQ+ Founders & Startups

  • To work together in a positive manner to promote cohesion, collaboration, and cooperation benefiting network group participants

Sustainability & Environmental Impact:

The following policies and actions have been adopted as best practices for promoting sustainability and reducing greenhouse gas emissions and our carbon footprint. 

  • Purchasing Energy-Star Certified Products where possible.

  • Utilizing digital file formats and reducing use of paper and waste.

  • Using reusable coffee mugs, glasses, plates, and silverware.

  • Purchasing and using compostable or biodegradable products.

  • Replacing bottled water with a tap filter, such as Pur or Brita.

  • Utilizing or promoting the use of organic products and organic foods 

  • Increasing recycling efforts

  • Commitment to achieve carbon neutrality

  • Adopting and utilizing the benchmarking and collection of data according to the ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager and Data Collection Worksheet.
