The DEI Assessment Audit & Analysis measures the level of maturity for an organization according to a 100% scoring system for implementation and administration of DEI best practices according to the six categories on The EMERGE DEI Scorecard™. Organization scores result in a percentage rank up to 100% for DEI Maturity (the best possible DEI goal and DEI outcome). Organizations who score 90% or above on The EMERGE DEI Scorecard™ Assessment Audit & Analysis receive the coveted Certified DEI Workplace™ designation and are listed on The DEI Index™- the official website for listing and registering national Certified DEI Workplace™ organizations.
