Organization scores result in a percentage rank up to 100% for DEI Maturity (the best possible DEI goal and DEI outcome). Organizations who score 90% or above on The EMERGE DEI Scorecard™ Assessment Audit & Analysis receive the coveted Certified DEI Workplace™ designation and are listed on The DEI Index™- the official website for listing and registering national Certified DEI Workplace™ organizations.
